About the Services

HousRank surfaces active for-sale real-estate listings and assigns each an informational score and ranking based on publicly and commercially available data and our methodology. HousRank also lets you save homes and searches, sign up for an email digest, and submit lead forms such as claiming a home, requesting mortgage pre-approval, or contacting an agent or our team.

HousRank is an informational and lead-generation tool. We are not a real-estate broker, lender, insurer, appraiser, tenant-screening company, or employer, and we do not provide real-estate, legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice.

Informational use and real-estate disclaimer

All scores, rankings, estimates, and content on HousRank are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates generated by an automated methodology and are not appraisals, valuations, investment advice, or guarantees of value, condition, or future performance.

You must not use HousRank scores, rankings, or content to make, or as a factor in making, any decision about credit or lending, insurance, tenant or applicant screening, employment, housing eligibility, or any similar eligibility determination. HousRank is not a consumer reporting agency, its content is not a consumer report, and it may not be used for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.

Before acting on anything you see on HousRank, independently verify the information and consult licensed professionals such as a real-estate agent, appraiser, inspector, attorney, or lender.

Third-party listing data

Listing data, including prices, photos where available, days on market, and property details, comes from third-party providers. We do not create, control, or guarantee that data, and it may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Listings may also be removed or change status without notice. HousRank is not responsible for third-party data, and your reliance on it is at your own risk.

Lead forms and inquiries

When you submit a lead form — such as claiming a home, requesting pre-approval or a financing callback, or contacting an agent or our team — you are expressing interest only. A submission is not an offer to buy or sell, a binding contract, a loan application or approval, or a brokerage or agency relationship. We may share your submission with the relevant agent, lending partner, or our team so they can respond, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. By submitting a phone number or email, you consent to be contacted about your inquiry.

Email digest and communications

If you opt into the email digest or alerts, you consent to receive those messages. We use double opt-in confirmation, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any digest or alert email, or by emailing privacy@mektra.ai. We may also send transactional messages related to requests you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data, or use bots or automated means to access the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Use HousRank for any purpose prohibited by the real-estate disclaimer above, including credit, insurance, screening, employment, or eligibility decisions.
• Use HousRank to discriminate against any person or to facilitate any violation of fair-housing laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Infringe the rights of others, post unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

HousRank, including its scores, methodology, software, design, text, graphics, and the HousRank name and logo, is owned by Mektra LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HousRank for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission. Third-party listing data and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any score, ranking, or listing information is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mektra LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Mektra LLC for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mektra LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, you and Mektra LLC agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules, and may take place in or near Maricopa County, Arizona or, where required, your home jurisdiction.

You and Mektra LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.

Your right to opt out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by sending written notice to privacy@mektra.ai or 60 E Rio Salado Pkwy Ste 900, Tempe, AZ 85281 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name and a statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, the rest of these Terms still apply.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Mektra LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of HousRank after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Services.
